As far as I remember, there's no actual sex. This is another one of those ridiculous ecchi series where the writer thinks you can make girls orgasm by rubbing their boobs. Makes sense that Japan is mostly virgins.

It's been a while since I've seen it, so I don't remember exactly. There are a bunch of ecchi series that are basically identical, so I might be wrong, but I don't remember any actual sex. Just humping and fondling suggestively.

I dont think thats true some non hentai animes which are ecchi they do have sex they just cant show the private parts of the male and female. in this episode they did have sex she was on top of him grinding back and forth that clearly shows a sex scene
