| First half of the chapter is fighting, Zhao armies cleaning up Kanki's soldiers, 2 of his commanders are dead right away, Kokuou the girl with bow and arrows is stabbed and Zenou the big monster guy is finally put down by the old Zhao General, he splits him in half. Ringyoku surrenders, Kanki is surrounded but not captured yet as Zhao soldiers argue should he be killed right away or captured so Riboku himself can kill him. Riboku gives no response to any of this. Second half is Ogiko and Maron arriving to Shin, and the message from Kanki was simply an order to retreat and withdraw back if the ambush to kill Riboku failed. Shin has a hard time accepting that Kanki failed and will soon be dead, and after some back and forth talk with Ten and seeing the 6GG wing necklace Kanki sent to be returned to Sei, he accepts the order and tells his unit to fall back and retreat. |
