| Not a UniteUp! fan, but know as much as it can go. UniteUp! is essentially Sony Music Japan's idea towards idols, and the YouTube channel fanbase is adequate with fans in Japan. Though I would see that fans everywhere else will enjoy this, though this is just the first step into stardom for these young boys. |

| Definitely a nice start. :) Not much to complain about. I like the characters and animation. Also, the overall atmosphere felt really comfy. |

| Been following the franchise for a couple months, so pretty excited for the anime! Starting off the episode with a song from the veteran group Anela, TARGET. I absolutely love the lighting and camera angles they used for their cgi dance, made it feel you're in a concert. Hopefully the other performances will eventually be like this as well. What a cute and supportive mom for the MC... Who puts pineapple in miso soup lol The ED visuals are so adorable. Can't wait for more! |

| That was a really nice first episode!! Ahh especially the ending was so cute~ Having likable characters really goes a long way with me and I think I'm gonna really enjoy this one :) Definitely going to look up all the songs too because they were also so good!! |

| Was not expecting going into this that it would be my favourite of the season so far, especially with the typical CGI idol opening, but wow <3 Super cute and heartfelt, super cute boys, a decent setup so far, and surprisingly good art have this one scoring so many points for me right away. |

| Hoooo so Denji got reincarnated as an idol... jk! XD I saw the opening scene and I thought, just like other idol anime, the cg looked bad... which was okay cause tbh, the cg performance is the least thing I look forward to in any idol anime lol. The song was also not that good but Saito Souma's voice was singing so it was a delight. Thought the rest would be the same generic, cutesy idol anime but hey! It was better than expected! Love the friendship there! (Also Saitou Soumaaa!!!) The ed which MC-kun also sang was pretty good. I liked the song a lot. <3 |

| Wow, that was really enjoyable! I love the friendship between Akira and Yoshikazu, the latter really cares for his friend. I also like that Akira was hesitating, changes things up a bit (although we kind of got that in Eternal Boys, too, haha). Hard to tell if I'll like the other two boys shown at the end of the episode, but we'll see! |

| Omg this is the perfect episode 1 like I smiled the whole time. It was su pure from Akira singing his favorite childhood hero song to his mom teasing him to Kacchan trying to do everything to cheer him to more it was great. But it was also beautiful, friendship between boys, resulting in blushing, crying, and sharing heartfelt desires to cheer your best friend up AND be their number one cheerleader to help them find a dream to latch on to left me crying happy tears. Omg. I also love that their friendship was highlighted in this first ED. Its beautiful. The original soundtrack music from Yuki Hayashi was incredible too with one of the songs probably joining my list in his top five best songs. In terms of idol songs, Akira's karaoke song is gonna be hard to top....Kikunosuke TOYA has such a beautiful singing voice too, like to go from CSM Denji to sweet heart fully pure Akira is mind-blowing. I hope he gets more singing opportunities in this anime this season. I hope they continue to have some traditionally drawn dancing as well as the CG motion cap tracking dancing that we usually get in idol pvs, both looked great. |

| The CGI at the start made me laugh a little I admit XD but overall a really solid first episode, the character designs are so cute and between the brief glimpses of the other idols I can't even pick who will my favorite will be. They're all so cute!! |
