Can I watch this show with my 13 year old brother?

Avoid the Ova’s and theres several bathhouse scenes that can be a little bad depending on how your family treats nudity. Overall up till season 2 part 2 and late season 2 part 1 you don’t have to worry about much

OVA has quite a lof of ecchi fanservice, but that's about it.
It's pretty PG-13, but 2nd season introduces violence, mass murder, genocide and war overall. Protagonist also advances from being Gary Stu to doing morally questionable decisions.

Watch on muse aisa(youtube) and try to avoid milim bath scene rest are ok but it's not a ecchi anime so in bath scenes they are properly avoiding showing any nudity. Rest you are assured it's a nice anime.

apart from the elves scene, the only thing to watch out for is that the main characters is often carried by his subordinate with huge boobs, of which the cleavage is very visible. but that is it

This show is appropriate for 12 year olds in up imo. There are some scenes like when **SPOILER** Rimuru kills a whole army. So be careful

Brother, put off the act, no way he's still 100% pure at 13 years of age. You can most definitely watch any anime without the ecchi tag if you don't want him to see too much, but the couple scenes where you can see cleavage at most aren't worth dropping the anime. Shuumatsu no Harem on the other hand, would be a different case.

He even asked me why these girls dress are too much revealing after watching akebi sailor uniform (I was watching it he came in between)
And by the way he is not 13 yet he is going to be

Hi, I don't know what type of standards you have where you are, but I wouldn't like to watch Ecchi style shows with a family member, as they will look back on it when they are in therapy 7 years down the line, and they say the accursed line "How did it all start?" And they name you as the reason why they are not allowed within 100 yards of a school zone.

I would be careful what type of media you consume with nearby family members.
