I don't like anime that focus everything on comedy its fine if it gets serious every so often I'm not watch this show since season 1 aired I've finished season 1.

Well, if you don't like comedy, then just stop watching comedy shows all together.

a little comedy and cuteness isn't so bad but to each his own

It gets serious for a bit at the end in season 2, but one unique thing about this show is every little detail is important to the plot, if you're observant you notice the foreshadowing on your first watch or when you rewatch you see it

Also it gets really serious later on from season 3 upwards.

it has comedy, plus some cute moments, but all together it's more on the serious side, especially in season 2 and 3

I say in simple words, this series is 50% whatever , 10% romantic, and 40% cool and serious moments, I personally find that while they spend a long time doing nothing, they atleast have interesting characters that make it enjoyable and they make me laugh every now and then, the romamce part is nice but slow and the cool serious moments are amazing but you rarily get them.
I also thought about dropping this anime but my love for season 1 forced me to give season 2 a chance and I didn't regret it, dunno if I like season 3 tho kinda too slow.

except that's what you're saying.

This anime has "silly comedy". As such, anything that is serious will end up being solved in a "silly" way. So if rewatching season 1 is a waste of time, you WILL waste your time with season 2 and 3 as this show it's not for your preference.

Just to try one last time

ALL anime have comedy moments. Aka the little comedy, you mentioned you are ok with will show up even in non-"comedy anime"

if an Anime is listed as Comedy, it means there are tons of comedy and less "serious stuff"

Aka stop watching Comedy Anime as the comedy tag warns you: this anime is not for you

But yeah, there are shows like Gintama so I can't blame you that it's not obvious what I just wrote

This is one of my favourite anime because sometimes only comedy is a stress reliever for me if you don't want to watch just quit it, Why do you have to call a meeting for something so personal.

This show is basically a wholesome take on the battle shonen genre. The stakes are never super high, there is little drama, and the plot and humor can get downright silly if not childish at times. None of that is necessarily a bad thing. I love this show for all of that. But those are things that not everyone would necessarily like in a shonen.

I feel that the closest anime similar to this show is Reincarnated as a Slime, which you seem to have liked. Both shows have a generally hopeful vibe to them, with things just seeming to work out in the end no matter how dark things get. Both shows can also get pretty silly at times. With Mairimashita! Iruma-kun though, the stakes are lower and the show never gets as serious as TenSura can at times. I often feel like Iruma-kun might be aimed at a younger audience as well, given its humor at times.

Anyway, the fact that you don't really remember season 1 probably means the show didn't hit with you.

I think this season is not so well directin, but is nothing to do with frecuent comedy....

You even watched S1? Since S1, comedy, love, friends is about Iruma-kun is... I dont understand why are you asking for another thing for S3.

You can go and watch Blue Lock, a over exaggerate drama about men's being mens, a lot of powerup that one's teenagers mens love and there everyone looks VERY serious... specially when they go after a ball, witch is the serie plot xd
