Literally no one.
I gave a 10/10 to the first season (objectively).
Not sure if this season will be a 10, but 8-9 for sure.

Some people will never find happiness. They live to hate. You can try to give them good vibes all you want, but their twisted hearts will demolish all good sentiments and spit it all out as pure disdain.
They will likely die alone before they realize that it's all about perspective or understanding that though there are many terrible things, there are many wonderful things as well...
Pui Pui Molcar is one of those wonderful things. They simply don't understand. We can't save them. They'll have to save themselves. Hopefully they do so before it's too late.

Same reasons people hate other similar shows, really. I guess it is because it is too innocent for them.

Hear me out when I say that there is a somewhat "malignant" (there is a better word to describe this which escapes me) nature in a lot of moe anime girl type productions which lies in the doujinshi culture (which the studios typically support or endorse for these types of projects), this is why Lucky Star and K-On are still popular in Japan. Usually the West has a similar sort of deal, but it is almost never endorsed by studios or production agencies and is discouraged by a lot of corporate entities.

Chi's Sweet Home, The Legend of Luo Xiao Hei, Hamtaro and Pui Pui Molcar are series that are very hard to capitalize off of the publicity of fan service and instead target a wide range of audiences in Japan (and China). However, Western audiences tend to view these works as strictly for children and there will always be the "I am too cool for this," type of mentality and that is what likely gives low scores to such works.
