Is this an ecchi title?

it not an echhi anime,it is indeed an wholesome romcom
episode 1 and title are both like that to draw more viewers and it sort of works
there are a few scenes like the one in ep1 in the series but not enough to categories it as an echhi anime

This is kinda like the case of Saekano. IMO that show definitely did not show enough for it to be classified as an ecchi, but MAL to my knowledge has that tag on it anyways. This show logically should not be considered ecchi but MAL might stupidly put that tag anyways.

Let's see Aoharu ride, This art club has a problem, Amagi brilliant park, Arakawa under the bridge, Baka to test to shoukanjuu, Bokura wa Minna Kawai-sou, Gekkan Shoujou Nozaki-kun, Servant Service... there's so many good ones. If you have any recommendations let me know too (´∀`)

Tonikaku kawaii,Taishou otome otogibanashi,Kaguya sama love is war,Oregairu, Relife,Jaku chara tomozaki Kun,Senpai ga uzui kouhai no hanashi, Watakoi,Kimi no nawa,Hyouka,are some of the best imo,And ofcourse Tsurekano.

ecchi means more excessive with probably way more underwear and even nudity while fanservice could just be minor like panty shoots or something like naruto. If ecchi=fanservice then literally 80% of anime would be ecchi

As much as I hate to say it, it's not an ecchi show. It has some tastefully done fan-service moments, but it's overall wholesome, boringly wholesome even.
