Okay hoping for a change my view kind of discussion, I mean good as in good for the story not good morally. I absolutely love MiA and refrain from reading the manga because i want to experience the animation and all the other emotions that come with watching something without knowing what is going to happen.

When I saw Faputa’s character design I was absolutely enamored. Super excited to find out more about her. But I just finished this season and I don’t like her. I’ve been trying to read other discussions and reviews to help change my mind but idk something isn’t clicking for me. Could it be because she felt so static and was written poorly in this arc?

She's no Nanachi; that's for sure. But, she is pretty adorable when interacting (friendly) with Reg.

She is fucking great because of her conflict, being trapped between her wilderness and true nature as a predator and the discovery of her true value and emotions.
I LOVED her as a "villain", she was very interesting and different, and what I liked a lot is that even with her inner conflict, she NEVER stopped. And the way she was directly tied with this arc is magnificent. Faputa was AMAZING.

I think now that she’s joining the group, seeing her helping them get through however many levels might change your mind. The way each level is getting harder and harder as they go further down, an immortal, powerful fighter isn’t gonna hurt. Also I’m curious to see if Reg gets back any memories and hopefully their relationship can get back to what it once was.

she's the epitome of having no choice than to be given a parents burden.

She's a S tier character in MIA, followed by bondrewd.

She isn't a good character but more of a fluffy character.
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

She sniffs stuff and says “sosu”.

Don’t you look ridiculous right about now?

She's not a well developed character... yet. The conflict in S2 is obviously just the first character arc for her. So I think you're asking for too much as of now. It's like judging Nanachi as a character before Episode 12 of Season 1.

But she's incredibly cute and her starting conflict was great and relevant, including as an allegory. I like her.

I thought she was great, not much more to add than that.
If you reply back to me and I never respond, I lost interest and don't care. Sorry about that.

I just think her voice actor is fantastic, I've never heard such an ear-piercing scream from an anime character before

It's even more mind blowing when you consider that her voice actor is known for her cutesy voices (like Klee from Genshin Impact). Irumyuii is also voiced by the same actor btw.

Someone who only speak gibberish, tend to scream like horny cats , and say sosu is a good character? Wow that's news to me.

I thought she was a filler character as she totally feels like it.

Why I like Faputa:

1. Character design - We can all agree she is cute right. Also her expressions of intimidation, bloodthirst and anger are masterfully portrayed.
2. Development - She's a kid, who had to figure out how to fulfill her purpose. She went about it the wrong way and was corrected when Wazukyan's plan activated.
She is strong, acts cute, is stoic at times and let's face it, her wanting to go on adventures, liking how Nanachi smells, wanting Reg's babies and helping Prushka, who would deny her.
3. Relationships - I'd say those she did interact with, she did so pretty good.

Lastly Faputa is the one creature, I would feel comfortable calling my spirit animal.
