Feels like a calm before the storm. However, knowing what's ahead, it's nice to know Oshtor cares a lot about his parents.

Excited for the upcoming battles! Real shit about to begin soon.

This episode felt like the the point of no return, with all important side quests completed.

Haku got a mother.

All the allies they could get.

Nothing against, but Rurutie be like "Oh yeah, was just Oshtor that died, Haku is alive."

There's that much material to cover yet? Seeing that have more 14 episodes.

From what I've heard, there's over 80 hours of gameplay so yeah pretty much material, I guess

The part I feared to watch again was finally here, more and more people are getting to find the truth about Oshutoru's identity, this time being his mother and Rurutie, as expected it wasn't as impactful because damn, on the game that moment hits you like a truck, I still got super emotional. Everyone now seems to want to know what is Haku going to do after everything is finally over, pretty much deciding his harem route.

I wish there would ahve been more to Munechika and Atui's fight, the ultimate shield vs the ultimate spear.

Great ep. The haku/mom talk added so much depth.

Rurutieh (sp) eavesdropping made it even better. Does she know?!

Solid 5/5

The Oshtoru's mother revelation always make me cry like a baby whenever I play through that scene or even watch.
The music, the pacing, emotions, acting were all perfect.

This time, they had to compress all that in a small time-frame so it wasn't as sincere but I still felt some of that emotions and I cried a little.

Such a powerful moment and one of the game's most emotional scenes.

Also, we have Rurutieh finding out the secret as well while eavesdropping.

Finally, looks like we are finally on the dawn of the final battle, the civil war almost over.

I haven't cried for an anime like this in a long time, a part of me broke down with the mother scene.

I'm no sage, but over a lifetime of battle simulations and historic texts recounting simulations. The dude from the capital is fucked. Unless he forces his main characters to unleash there masks once they are on the backfoot he will be obliterated. At the same time doing so will force the defence into the same position and I doubt MC will be taking any prisoners.

Its kinda funny the duality of this show with current politics and Biden pressing his war in Ukraine and holding up a false princess, and the 'rebels' fighting back and calling out for support against a corrupt nation.

Squeeee, I'm on Haku's side. Anyone who disagrees clearly votes for Biden. ;)
