| Sheele's kind of robotic and bland, but at the same time, she's one of the few non-frustrating characters in the show for me despite the weak writing. Likable personality beyond the killer in her. Decent moment with Tatsumi when he was sad about not being able to help Sayo and Ieyasu revive somehow with the Imperial Arms, although again, naive again for such a convenient tool to exist for resurrection. There's enough conveniences in the world already with the random abilities each Imperial Arms can deliver respectively. The scene with Tatsumi trying out Zanku's Imperial Arm and having X-Ray vision of the clothing within the girls was half-assed, if they wanted a pervert ability, go all the way to the skin, otherwise no real point in that kind of ability lol. |
| Incredible power indeed, I'd say, the X-ray vision is the most compatible of the 5 abilities of the eye relic for Tatsumi, but it's a shame that as a whole it's not compatible with him. Then again, it's so lame to have that thing stuck on your forehead all the time, so it's for the best. Sheele's backstory is tragic sure, but it's quite usual so meh, although Sheele herself is the typical airheaded character with an often cold-like personality when she's serious, her pursuit to being useful is pretty adorable though. It's nice that someone is there to comfort Tatsumi when he needed it. How ironic, the very person Seryu saved is the killer of her captain Ogre. But just as how innocent Tatsumi looks on the outside, I would think that Seryu herself is hiding some of her more aggressive appearances. General Esdeath... I think I've seen a bunch of her before, well[ we'll see how Tatsumi interacts with this icy dominatrix. |

Every page shown of that Imperial Arms book was readable in English Cursive Handwriting, and it actually is talking about the weapons. Interestingly, Akame's sword is described as "Emperor of Japanese sword-type device". So I wonder if this fantasy world knows of Japan, or whether the animators were just using source material technical drawings or something.   |
| Sheele comforting Tatsumi was such a sweet moment. What the hell lmao. I was not expecting to see the Northern Prince defeated like that. My dude is quite literally a dog now, licking boots and everything. |

| That first scene of Tatsumi with Ieyasu and Sayo was kinda sad ngl. This episode sure does have a lot of Sheele and Tatsumi Bonding episode and they're awesome to see but first the Imperial Arm/Teigu that Tatsumi holds at first with the X-Ray vision was a crazy sight to see lol. The end scene was pretty dramatic knowing that Seryu and Tatsumi are sworn enemies mainly in the next time they encounter again I'm guessing. |
