But NgNl was facing a lot of controversies for plagiarism and stuff (The Novel as well as the Anime) The anime production team admitted it but the authors I'm not sure of. Besides even though the plot, characters and animation were pretty generic and appalling in Arifureta. This definitely was a very enjoyable show. It just depends upon individual preference though. You didnt like it? That sucks!! You liked it, That sucks as well!! I also think the production must have achieved targeted profit and thus decided a season renewal. |

It's "grow up" o' clock. they are making a dog tensei pov anime for kami's sake, i dont know why people expect studios to only focus on the 10 or so shows that they deem worthy. people will enjoy and pay for this one, thats all that matters. |

| if you didn't know, the light novel of this is pretty popular and well-received. S1 adaptation might be trash (I hated it more after I read the LN equivalent) but since it's doing extremely well in LN terms as well as the anime itself (unexpectedly, japan loved S1), it gets a sequel. S2 adaptation is like so much better so there's a part of the reason. |

| Because this anime has the notion of f*cking a lo1i in it. And a lot of japanese male viewers love that shiet. No offense. On the bright side, at least having a season 3 means creating jobs for more people in the industry, regardless of how trashy this series is. |

You’re one in a million, what you think, what a couple thousand think, don’t compare to the people who enjoy this anime or series, regardless of the medium you prefer, think, its not bad because some don’t like it or think its garbage, in fact this is going to have a third season so why even make this when it’s obviously good, go touch grass and if this a troll go touch grass

Yea OP is just mindlessly ranting about something stupid like a bad anime getting a second season. but come on, it definitely isn't "You’re one in a million, what you think, what a couple thousand think, don’t compare to the people who enjoy this anime or series" If you look at how season 1 scored(and even season 2 isn't that impressive) on any website, Western or domestic Japanese reviews... it is rated pretty poorly by the majority who watched it. I did enjoy season 1, and since I have nothing better to do is planning on watching season 2(why I'm here). But it's pretty terrible. No idea about the source, but the adaption for season 1 was just objectively bad. Of course what matters is sales, and apparently people found it entertaining enough despite it's flaws. It's like eating fast food. It isn't the best food in the world, but plenty of people still enjoy eating it. |
