FIRST OF ALL this anime should not been rated PG-13 ,it should have R rating from my point of view😶

To be honest no. Is still a little above mid but not definitely a must watch this season.
Unless you like fan service on a big oppai onii-san type women with a shota that slowly develops feelings for her.

there's lots of boob scenes and fanservice etc and no it's not censored from what I've seen in hidive app

Not so much censorship as nothing’s ever truly exposed, like anytime a character is naked or baring something, they’re usually blocked or covered by something/someone else. More of a sight-gag than real censorship

well depends on definition of good , like it's a good written one but opinions differ, won't know until you watch, now if you are looking for ecchi type r 16 then yes there is fanservice and I won't judge you for that because there's nothing wrong in enjoying anime according to your style
