Miles also said 'so killing shu wasn't in the contract' which I think implies that as sayuri formed the contract with the demon one of the conditions was that at least her son should stay alive. Sure shu now can use those powered bullets for his gun but that's cause of his own contract with kisara. And since sharon highly came to bayron city cause of the sister who is said to be powerful we would have long seen signs of shu having powers as well

Well, it was as i said in my first comment. She gave birth to shuu's sister (hybird child), and took form of shuu's mother to obtain a child, and shuu isn't her real son.
