For this to be created by an AI in 2011 is pretty impressive. But it's still some ways off feeling like something to be enjoyed by humans rather than just a collection of data. If they could have a human trim it down and put together a series it could have been something.

It was written by GLaDOS around the time of Portal 2 (also came out in 2011) because testing showed that smooth jazz and paintings aren't very effective at mentally reinvigorating test subjects.

I kinda have the same feeling. It feels like I am watching Family Guy very often with a different kind of humor and less dark. I dropped it the first time, I will try and finish it this time. It still feels like a mix of comedy for a very young audience and random Family Guy clips made by a generator.
I still have no idea why so many people say this is the funniest show of all time. To me it has max 1 or 2 funny moment each episodes out of 10+ different cuts which are rather boring overall. For example episode 8 had a scene in an elevator and they didn't talk for like 4 minutes and someone said "eggplant" and they started laughing their butts off. Is it a show for people who are still laughing irl when somebody says "PP" or "Wiener" ? Maybe there are more people than I think who can still laugh at something like that :/
