what do you mean we have already send this? I thought that from the title but if you actually watch the episode it was nothing like the last pharmacy one, and according to someone I know who's read the manga it won't be the same as the other one. I actually thought this show had a lot of promise to be a decent isekai compared to the others this season

This is like the anime "The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat" but instead of assassin the MC is a pharmacist.. I've gone through 10 chapters of the manga and it seemed decent and not like Isekai Cheat Pharmacist which I couldn't even get past the first episode. If you consider the other top class Isekais like Overlord and Ascendance of a Bookworm as 8.5-9.0 then around 7.5 seems quite right for this anime to me.

I'm pretty sure every Isekai you've probably "seen before". If you're looking for "originality" in 2022, from an Isekai of all things, you're probably not gonna find any. I wonder what goes through peoples' mind when they complain about an anime they've only seen the first episode of or haven't seen at all.

If you mean that dancing pharmacy isekai, no this is quite different. The manga so far is quite good, especially the latest arc that just ended.

This is way better and diffrent because we talk about real disease and death.

the disease is real life disease like black plague and other deadly plague that happening in real life.

also the villain use the disease for mass murder bio weapon, at first its just happy pharmacy then goes 180 degreee dark turn.

but im not sure they will addapt that dark scene where a entire village people dies, but maybe this for season 2 because our mc need to build his pharmacy first.

give the novel a try you will not dissapoint how evil the villain is, we are talking about a REAL VILLAIN that want to WIPE OUT people with plague / outbreak disease.
