Is there any romance in this one

As of Chapter 40 of the Manga , no , not at all.
At the very best , i would expect an happy ending with the Main Character marrying someone. (Maybe the Maid)

I would say there is no hard romance as of
yet. So like no major coupling or stuff like that.

I do think there is some romantic feelings that are very subtle in it, you see a few different girls blush or have imo had romantic feelings pop up but never explicitly stated. Elen, Lotte, and there are a couple other girls too that are around MC.

But yeah so far not hard core romance, Lotte is only like 9 and he's 10.
There is one hilarious part with a girl he saves and a suppository and the dad wonders about if she can get married now. She's like 7 so maybe a future bride! She even sees him again and blushes and stuff.

Anyways this is a long haul manga, very slow play on the timeline so far no big age jumps.
