| I can't tell if Toki's mom is dead, or if her parents are simply going through a messy divorce. In the event of the latter, it's somewhat odd that the Mom's mom is sheltering her would be son-in-law rather than her own daughter. Anyway, it's probably a safe bet that Narumi or someone related to him is the mermaid that saved Toki. |
