the face transition of mc from 2d to 3d multiple times + villains being animated in 2d gives a very weird vibe, i think this should be a pure 3d production with 2d effects and impact frames instead of creating a mish-mash of things. don't get me wrong it looks good on parts but at the same time sometimes bad like the body of main character after transformation scence at the end of the trailer was way out of proportion

We'll see. It's looking like to be like Dorohedoro in that sense ideally.

Feels like a hybrid between anime of the 2000's and the average cgi used on anime today.
