Well I didn't know you had to thoroughly cook a fish to kill germs!

But overall this was a good campaign anime short. Although most of things in here are common knowledge to people, they still are careless and lazy. I guess it's human nature.

7/10.

Detail: when they show the map of Japan, the korean peninsula appears. At that time, Japan occupied Korea. In this anime, they already report the peninsula as part of Japan.

It's interesting to see how things were back then in the 1900's. I'm always curious about life back in the old days. The way plots of dirt slowly became wooden buildings, leading into more modern ones. And how cleanliness and avoiding disease slowly became the status quo.

And I actually learned a lot about this that I didn't know before, even if some may say it's common knowledge most people these days don't learn these things in their everyday lives so it was very informative.

I also found it quite interesting. I liked that one scene where they connected the radish farmer to the fisher.

A pretty good short since it is more informative than recreational, and very successful, and even more so for the year of its publication!

Wonder if there was an epidemic in Japan when this was made.
