i usually take the ratings with a grain of salt, comparing akuto to featherine, akuto can only be killed if the law of identity allows it, which she never will, but featherine has transcendental immortality which means her true form exists in a completely different time plane from the one she’s currently in, basically the entire fight would be a stalemate unless featherine killed the law of identity, or akuto travelled to the plane where featherines true form exists

Rimuru is truly strong, given the way he defeated Micheal one-sidedly and now has all his power along with the seven angelic skills and True Dragon Factors. So unless the apponent is a deity, no character can defeat Rimuru Tempest. There is also definitely no way the Witch of the Highlands can defeat him.
