i personally think so but without spoiling the manga/anime he also deeply cares about her and wants to protect her. It could be purely platonic and in a father sense. It is a romance anime/manga so it’s safe to assume he does.

I think he just feel responsibilty after what happens to real Song Ryang Ha and find Chateu to protect her again to make him feel better

I think she affirms the moment in his life which he considers to be his turning point. She is precious to him, romance doesn't necessarily have to be the term used, maybe a subjective affection one has towards a talanted child celebrity is similar to what he feels for her.
