| This show is just perfect, it scratches that itch I have when looking for anime. The ep was incredible and I can't wait for the rest. |

| Another cour, another episode with Jeanne's character giving me headaches. Already missing Domi, ngl. That aside, it was an entertaining start for this second cour. Really liked some of the action sequences. |
| It's good to finally have Vanitas back, the OP and the EN are very good but the music of OP 1 is already among my favorites. The mystery of the witch and the beast is very striking although for now everything is WTF what is happening. There are good doses of action and I loved the Charlatan scene. The bad thing is that many things happen in a single episode (I have no idea how it is in the manga) as a bad way to start a narrative arc, throwing all the initial information at once to seem more interesting. |

| Ahh, I missed Vanitas no Carte so much! It brought back that nostalgic feeling of watching Kuroshitsuji and Pandora Hearts back in 2010s!! Chemistry of Vanitas and Noe as always wonderful. I adore comedic moments as well, they contrast well with action scenes and more hitting emotional moments. I really liked the opening, both lads are in their own solo scenes, only in the last, they meet again. I guess it sets up separation that is awaiting us in the next few episodes (maybe the whole season?) Also fun detail how in opening Vanitas sitting in the chair and alongside is Murr and Noah's hat Meanwhile when Noah sitting it's vanitas' book. |

| The comedy parts were a bit meh. But I liked the fact that they got straight into moving the story along. |

| i love their creativity to how create such a good show with small budged, like trying to cover the hole with chibi and beautiful art and VA, well bones working on MHA,BSD,MS100,SK8 and this so kinda understand but still Amazing! overall love the story and art its enjoyable |

Like the addition of the psychotic Astolfo… can’t wait to find out his backstory after that violent melt down! I just can’t wait for next weeks ep to find out where the fuck everyone disappeared to! Also what the hell is gonna happen now that Vanitas doesn’t have the book?! |

| NEW OPPO WOOO!! i personally like the first one more but this seems to suit this season more so good on that! vanitas doing what he's best at- egging people on and annoying them LMAO worked really well tho. especially on that astolfo(?) guy, insane ass mf charlatan also looked.. different here. they wielded different forms for each person and im guessing those are the forms of each persons' trauma? or fears. who tf threw that knife at the end there gdi gonna blame astolfo for now bc why tf not |

Welp after watching the recap I pretty much got a gist of where the show left off and yeah it's good to see both Vanitas and Noe again......The new Op was not bad but I still like the previous season's Op more.... Ahh well the ending kinda confused me but anyway let's see how the story goes from here.... |
| Damn! That Charlatan's emergence scene was soooo goosebumping, especially with all those Van Gogh's Starry Night-looking background behind the whole scene unfolding! |
| I can't describe how upset I am right now. They just entirely cut out a moment that I wanted to see animated the most and replaced it. I just cannot, personally, accept this in any shape or form. It was such a wonderful scene in the manga. It gave us a chilling clue about Astolfo and what happened to him. In the manga seeing how he broke down by those remarks before entering his rampage was much more heart-wrenching because of how much it made us, the readers, completely understand his position about vampires and also Sure, they could add this information somewhere later on in the anime, but we're never going to get back this scene where we see his raw emotion like we did here. We're never going to see his emotional outburst from And considering this was literally the scene I wanted to see animated the most from this arc, I can't help but be majorly disappointed even though I enjoyed about everything else from this episode. |

| Really good start to the season. They hit the ground running, which I am all for. We had enough set up with the last season, so jumping right into the thick of things was definitely the way to go. The action still leaves some to be desired and the comedy is hit-or-miss, but those are more nitpicks of a very entertaining episode. |
| Finally, I was waiting to see the story continue, loved the first part ^^ So, we start directly with full action and fight, I like it I didnt expected to see the Gevaudan beast right first episode tho, but why not (I also got some Kurama vibe) And looks like with the gears and the end, there's gonna be some time travel and complicated stuff with time and space, also caused by the Charlatans again |
| This series is just as good as ever and had a really strong start. Vanitas is still as much as a little shit as ever lmao, him provoking Astolfo was the best part. |

| That’s a lot of things going down in 1 episode. Ayu’s range is amazing!! I think people often associate him only with his femboy highpitched roles, but he actually has a lot of range, notably like Devilman Crybaby’s Ryou. But I was still so impressed with Astolfo, his voice was AMAZING during his fight scenes. And omg the character closeup shots were drawn so great, the closeups looked so intense. I wonder what is Astolfo’s back story & why he reacted so strongly, he doesn’t seem like a simple character & I’m sure there’s more to him. Vanitas provoking Astolfo tho lolololllllolol. And the ending definitely has me intrigued. Wanted to wait till 2nd cour finished airing to continue watching, but I’ve missed Noé so much♡♡♡♡♡ he looks so good in the OP ♡_____♡  |

| The second Astolfo I've seen in anime who turns out to be a pink-haired trap lol. That little shit with all his taunting and hitting the right nerves, gotta love Vanitas for that. |

| This episode was so chaotic. So much happening with all the factions coming together with new characters being introduced as well. Also Astolfo lmao nuff said |
| It's getting interesting, I like how Vanitas and Jeanne are there for each other even they are not confident about their feelings and the disappearance of the book is quite the shock. |
| I always forget two thirds of the setting whenever I try to get back into Vanitas, a bit of a shame that I'm never really enjoying it to the fullest |
