This episode is relatively calm until you realize the shady characters in the background and their activities.

Shutta seems to be just enjoying his daily life but unfortunately, city life isn't always relaxing in his neighborhood. He was such a cheerful kid back during his childhood though. And lol, that attempted CPR. I see this show still has some time for comedy. Shutta should be more careful when bathing too long.

2 weeks passed and this show is back from shaky production foundations.

The KANAE system (powered by Asumi) is really showing off its legs to benefit everyone left and right with the cPhone, it just looks like an almost perfect system that keeps everyone in check. Except that the RGB guys have all but separated: Koki is managing SARG's Hazard Cast, Ran is a wanted fugitive who expresses displeasure with the system, and Shuta...just goes back to his baking life.

Shuta's childhood days were one of simplicity, where anything and everything goes that with time, has sweltered away. If anything, Kinako provides the clue that Carneades is pro-KANAE system and blemishes anyone whom is an opposition with the Graffiti War, and Shuta sooner or later needs to make a stand on one side on what is otherwise just a mundane plan to better the family signature bread Golden Sunrise through a chest imagery.

Shuta is on the verge of overthinking too much...and the CPR treatment by Kinako dear old Dad...well that was one. And he finally made it because his 6-pack abs are growing...ok...? Carneades as 0th to save the Tokyo 24th Ward, I'm thinking that he's more of a messiah sent to correct the world.

Probably just a calm episode before the storm, which there is a ways to go.

Peaceful and also a little funny and lighthearted episode.

So many oppai jokes. Shuta, you slimy pervert.

Baking bread and being a hero. Well, that sounds good to me.

The anime is just as indecisive as Shuta. It can't decide if it's gonna take itself serious or not. And it lacks power to pursue both unlike Shuta.

I feel like the show would be better if some of the episodes were combined, and each episode was an hour long. We have these lowkey episodes that are boring to sit through, but are needed for the next episodes to build on. Combining the episodes would improve the pacing and give the show a clearer identity. It feels like this is written with an hour-long format in mind.

Great episode! Shuuta had to stare at a lot of oppai and his own chest before he figured out the secret to make real sunrise bread!

Looking forward to the next episode!

Trash anime, unrealistic asf. Shuuta says "it's hot", but still proceeds to hand Mari a bun that came straight out of the oven. Mari then overcomes its heat in a couple seconds and then immediately takes a bite out of it and goes "MMMMMM" and somehow manages to not burn her mouth. Wtf

Shuuta be examining racks like a critic and he doesn't GIVE AF LOL!! Hmm, why the sudden horniness, maybe he just hasn't jacked one off in awhile. Is this foreshadowing, is it something that will come into play later? Never thought that boobs would be involved in chekov's gun rule.

....oh. The text he received earlier from his dad. Chest... genius story-telling.

Glad that it's back after its one-week delay. It was an enjoyable episode, but it all still feels kind of... random.

No part of the writing makes any sense, even without random EMT mimes. The law and order dude has jumped 100% fully into running the Minority Report mind control social engineering project powered by the living corpse of his friend without even a second thought. He's totally fine with the criminalization of his friend, who is running a webcast explaining the criminal conspiracy from the previous arc, and also okay with not dealing with the criminal conspiracy itself because it helped develop said monstrous nonsense. As long as we're arresting the poors, at least. Eat your heart out, American prison complex. Also, apparently entire months have passed, and the evil clown who declared vengeance through his weather control machine has just gone away after having… what has he done since declaring his existence? Created that one emblem in the sky?

Hmm added slice of life. But Shouta's father meant other thing not oppai. His starring was hilarious. But a bit disappointed in the show.

Weakest Tokyo 24-ku episode. Their were some production issues so we can let this pass just once.

Hardly anything of improtance happened this episode, Koki the uragimono got transferred to work and research on KANAE system. Ran is still running. And for some reason there was lots of focus on Shuta making and giving out golden sunrise breads.

That chest scene in front of Mari felt cheap af, hated that scene 1/5. Those scenes with Shuta acting oblivious and doing those grabbing oppai action was just cheap and unnecessary and I think they added that for comedy but all it did was irritate me.

We got a bath scene just out of nowhere, nice.

This Carneadus stuff is going on a lot and a graphiti war has broken out in the Shanty town and the man behind covering up Kobe's graphiti is that dude who we saw a few episodes back who has this lame ass quote "act of creation means destruction" or something.

How did Shuta's dad just appear in that bath? Why? I would have preferred to see Kinako give him mouth to mouth.

Is there a ED change?

Anyway 4/5 episode. It was decently enjoyable that's why 4/5, there was little to no plot progression in this episode. Hoping it improves in next episode, Cloverworks is obviously stuggling with 3 animes this season, Sono Bisque and Akebi are taking up all the work and the quality of the episodes is visible ever week, so something had to take a hit and it turned out to be Tokyo 24-ku, I would rather have a delay in Tokyo 24-ku than in Sono Bisque or Akebi so it's fine.

Man this ep was not that serious and I would say that I kinda liked it more since the serious stuff is just getting worse and worse so mixing boobs and bread was nice and refreshing, on the other note its nice to have a system that can predict crime with cca 90% accuracy but still be unable to spot the one who is covering graffiti that are on well-known places etc.

Pretty funny and chill episode of Shuuta just being a massive himbo. Art quality definitely dropped, but it's passable enough, it wasn't an action heavy episode anyway.

Ngl, Shuta being shown as "the kind himbo next door" who bakes is my type of 2D guy 😆 🤧.

But what really struck me is that this is the most interesting I've seen him. In previous episodes, as the "true neutral" of the RGB boys, he always felt like he was just "there" to me. Also, as much as I appreciate this episode for making Shuta show off his body, the art didn't do it (or pretty much every other scene) any justice. I highly suspect the production issues that delayed this episode in the first place is to blame.

All in all, at this point, I would prefer to see Shuta bake even more bread and pastries if it meant he will turn into a more interesting character.

2 weeks for an episode centring around an unfunny tit joke? Surely that couldn't have taken that much work?

That aside, having crossed the halfway mark, the plot better be starting up, what with another short time skip and 0th actually getting involved with one of the cast. On that note, actually, it rather feels still like an early episode, which ordinarily would make me think "split cour," but I see no news of such. Perhaps just odd pacing.
Well I for one already loved Lain.

I didn't think the art and animation was up to Cloverworks standards in this episode. There were a few weirdly drawn scenes. Maybe it needed a longer break.

Still seems weird to me that Koki took all of a second or 2 to get over the fact that his dead sister's body and brain are being used as a computer by his dad....

I was thinking Tsuzuragawa and or Koki's dad were probably behind some of the unexplained incidents, trying to get everyone to buy into their pre-crime system and probably Asumi's brain is trying to go against them.

They should have just waited and produced this anime next season. I feel bad for the animators.

Okay episode, though. Not much advanced, but it was at least enjoyable. I just feel they won't be able to fit a decent conclusion to this story with only 12 episodes. Some things already feel rushed and the pacing was a bit fast this episode. The relationship between the RGB could be much more fleshed out, as well as Kunai's participation.

Not to mention they added a Psycho Pass v2 plot twist and everyone seems to be okay with it, as if it was nothing. I get that it's a futuristic and conformed society, but at least some of the main characters besides DoRed should be questioning the system. The show has a good premise and a solid plot, but not enough depth.

This episode was so bad it was laughable. Cloverworks actually packed this episode in in regards to art, animation, and the Voice acting as well.

Just random ass scenes and moments that didn't make sense at all and were honestly just plain dumb.

I hope this show bounces back but...idk

I still don't really understand how this Kanae System works.

That Papa-san looks so much like a Jojo-san XD

And Kinako the way you were trying to give a CPR looked nothing like a CPR XD
