It's basically just a 12 episodes series but with three different arcs. There's 3 different girls in each arcs I assume? (Kinda forgot) And the protagonist is just having his harem (if you want to take it that way). Just take it as watching 3 different series but with the same protagonist.

It is 3 different arc with each girl. It is 3 whole different arc which have no Relation with each other. It is like the other parts were never existed. Each arc focuses on each girl. The other girls are just side characters if it is not their arcs.

The term you're looking for is omnibus romance anime. An anime where the MC experienced several romantic stories with each different girl.
