| Probably the strangest episode so far. I liked the atmosphere and some of the action, but otherwise I wasn't a huge fan of this episode. |
| I LOVED this episode. It really had an intense and creepy atmosphere goin on. Especially the scene where they show the experiments Pierrot had to go through in the past. The soundtrack matches that scene perfectly. It also had some great visuals overall. And I actually felt a little sad when Pierrot died. |

| This seems like one of those episodes that are hard to love on the first watch, at least to me. The first half felt incredibly silly and ridiculous, but the second half explained it better, in a way that makes the whole episode makes sense. The dude was pitiable, I'll tell you that. But, one thing I hated was the fact that he could FLY!!! No matter how many experiments you do, flying like a balloon just seems too farfetched and silly. P.S. I liked the episode, but I think it's far from being "the best". It had a good direction and some STELLAR animation, but overall I think it's just a good episode. |

| Twisted, breathtaking, with a great villain. Unique and memorable episode Hate its logic tho: 1) Why Pierrot hunted specific persons and why some authorities where covering him? (if he is truly mad - he would be the danger to everyone) 2) Why Spike went on a suicide mission, he basically had zero motivation (unless he wants to die, but again: this would be a pretty useless way to die and leave his comrades alone) 3) Why knife worked while bullets not? Also explosion haven't worked too) 4) What is the morale of this episode or how it affects characters ...Yea, be those questions answered - this could really be the best episode ever |

| I found the bad guy of the episode to be very interesting, but incredibly cliche and goofy. The episode was good and the bad guy did make me feel a little ill, which I am sure was the intention, but I couldn't really take him seriously for the most part. Same can be said for the episode! |
| I liked most of it, but not a fan of how it ended. Not enough Faye and her role here was lame. Was hoping she would be the one to save Spike. |

 Without change,we end up becoming the very person we hate. I was dead until the moment I met you. I was a powerless corpse pretending to be alive. Living without power, without the ability to change my course, was bound to lead me to a slow death. |
| This is a near perfect episode. I can't find any serious faults with it. The episode kept me hooked from start to finish, and every character was good. Pierrot's backstory was also quite interesting, and I felt bad for him in the end. He was a child in an adult's body who didn't know what he was doing, and was in his favorite place when he died, killed by a dog mascot who be probably really liked. Also the action scenes were incredible and didn't feel too short or boring like some other episodes do. Overall, this is probably the best episode of Cowboy Bebop. |

| Would have been a 5/5, but it lost all points when he started crying for his mom over the pain. That scene fucking broke me. This episode turned into a steaming pile of shit, fuck this. |
| What can i tell, it's one of the best. Still scary as hell, even just for thinking about the mere fact that this character went through trauma after trauma, wants to kill everyone that accidentally saw him, and seems invincible as long as cats aren't nearby. And if the first half isn't freaky enough already, the battle at the theme park... DAMN. Faye "i don't care about you" Also Faye "Ed, don't tell Spike about this message" and is the first person to come to his rescue (not writing this with resentment, however). Oh, well... the ending, especially with such a mismatched on purpose background music, never fails to impress. Spike doesn't seem to fear death, but this time was different. |

| I didn't think anything was going to top the slime from Ep 11 but here we are with probably one of the creepiest(and tragic) antagonists I have seen. Spike a stupid one for going alone to that venue when there ain't even a bounty on his head(unless I missed it). Also, Space Land reminds me a lot of the Amusement Park from Nier: Automata. Creepy vibes all round with equally creepy bosses. |

| @Leenbow 1) They cover him because it was they mistake, and an horrible experiment to be told to the public. About his hunt..it was pretty random at the end and they told it. Part of his regression. Maybe you can think of him as a child playing with others: childs can be pure and cruel. Jet says this. Pure, because everyone can be their pals and friends. Cruel, because they dont know yet what really hurts other beings. You could even think that Pierrot throwing bullets could be like a children throwing a ball at you -but a deadly one. Some similar paralelism could be made with the fat majin boo in dragon ball. But here there was no mr satan to tame him. 2) Spike believes in destiny, i think, but at the same time he constantly tries to defy it. So, he somewhat knows that only Vicius can kill him, but he hates that fact and finds if he can break that omen someway. In some way, we can never know if it is destiny or an auto filled prophecy. 3) Well, this is like asking why superman is weak to kryptonite. Anyway, kudos to spike for trying something different. And, in someway, the irony that a simple weapon can overtake a complex villain is very bebop-esque. 4) I think that is a personal question to respond. But, you can see that it is the first episode where the bebop acts like a crew where everybody -except spike- cares for each other. Well, Spike tries to not involve anyone and that is his way of caring. Faye going on an impossible rescue where no economic benefit is at sight puts her on a very vulnerable position. A vulnerability that has appear after she could saw herself as a child some episodes before. Also, Jet counts actively on Ed. Before, they knew she was a genious, but she acted alone and guesing what was needed, being suebstimated, very different to the way Jet directly ask for her hacker help. |
