Do you think this is similar to "The whisper of the Heart"?

The story doesn't so dramatic, it is slow and chill. That is the reason why people underated this movie?

I didn't really care about the romance and the plot of this film but somehow I always go back to this film when I'm craving for Ghibli films. I just really like the setting and the atmosphere of the film. I always love the first time the mc went to the clubhouse. I am immersed everytime that scene pops up (God, I wish that my school had some interesting clubs).

This is my favorite film I love it sm. It has a peaceful feel to it and I could rewatch it again and again.
Of course it feels similar to "The Whisper of the Heart" because they are both Ghibli films. It's also about school children and has a simple plot. I'm not sure why but even still I prefer "From Up On Poppy Hill" more than "The Whisper of the Heart" . Just something about it is so calming and nice
