This occurred in the 10:52 timestamp in the anime where the mc opens his eye to see the android *injecting* painkillers into him but the strange way she moves her head says otherwise.
what really happened? ( to elaborate I meant did she do what I think she was doing?)

The scene was meant to be suggestive in the anime. In the LN they just gave the same explanation, to help him with biological necessities (Crap) and that’s it.
