am i the only one who thinks the synopsis makes no sense?

like if i was to watch this anime for the first time, my first reaction will be ' oh, this is a revenge love story.. kinda' but after the 2 eps, the revenge plot disappeared or more like they dont care abt revenge.

im so confused on what this anime wants to be ? like is it revenge? is it a dancing contest? or is it guess how many girls will haru ends up with?

guys pls help me.....

It’s not getting a season 2 so I guess it doesn’t matter what this anime is tryna be. I was kinda hyped for this since I kinda like romance Animes but this anime begs more questions than answers :(

You are totally correct, you aren't missing anything, it really does make no sense. The plot makes no sense, the characters make no sense, even basic conversations are nonsensical.

It really isn't worth thinking too hard about this one. Events will be built up into something big and then dropped, like the cooking challenge, and then we'll be told that Maria was mainly worried about Kuro, after watching her antagonising Shiro the whole time in Shiro's dad's house! There is some entertainment to be had but not if you think about what's going on.

Who reads synopsis ? You see some shorts on youtube where you find nice looking anime, look at the tags then at the characters on mal and start watching.

I hate it when anime/manga that I enjoyed ends, especially when there could be much longer plot and when I love main heroine :P

I wish I had magic glasses that let me see real world in anime colors ;)

I have absolutely no clue what this anime is going for the revenge plot of the story was a good hook for the first couple episodes. Then it went down hill in the most confusing way with the festival to the dumb commercial contest.
Idk how this even became a anime it’s one of those let’s get them hook to watch the first couple episodes so that they feel obligated to watch the rest of the show anime’s.
It was kind of a shame to because I thought the set up for the story was not terrible but it became crap in seconds.
The obvious thing in the title suggests he end up with one of the friends be it becomes damn obvious the end of the show he’s going to like all of them and the “childhood friends win” it’s more of a gag anime if that.
