| Not exactly sure but this is what I think. Bake in Japanese means disguise, artificial, fake and bake kitsunes are mischievous fox spirits who can transform and like playing tricks. I'm only on episode two so I'm not really sure but he's actually a tanuki, which are known to be mischievous so it kinda goes hand it hand with how he can summon his gun out of nowhere. Don't think there's a real difference or importance to the gi and ki, just how Japanese works when some words are put together. |
