So is 2.0=2.22?

I've found two different names for the 2nd rebuild and I wonder if they are the same, 2.22succeeded 2.0 or whatnot.

2.0 is the theatrical version, 2.22 is the home video release w/ new additions/redone scenes

The short answer is yes. I’m not even sure how they’re different but I think 2.22 would be better because it was released after.
