| This is the best thing that happened all year. If there's anyone like me who is currently playing Obey Me on mobile... I am praying for you because you're probably dying. I still can't fully comprehend this news and wrap my head around the fact that this is really happening and that Obey Me will be animated. I haven't been this excited about anything in so long. I've played Obey Me every day since May 2020, so about nearly a year. Ever since that first time I played it, I visualized it as an anime and never thought that it would ever happen. Ideally, the show would animate the important plot points from the lessons. However, if they choose to take the plot in a completely different direction then I suppose that could work as well -- such as comedic slice of life type of scenes. Portraying "MC" (the player), would be a difficult and awkward thing to navigate... I'm wondering if we will be a sheep plushie throughout the show or just omitted all together. Either way, I'm looking forward to this. Questions Have you played the mobile game? What direction do you think the writers and animators will take with this show? |

My main hopes for it is that it sticks to the slice of life sort of style we see in the devilgrams! Also hope they either use sheep MC or omit an MC all together, since one of their biggest selling points is that MC is totally up to the player (or in this case, viewer.) |

The devilgrams are so fun and I think that would be cool if they went with making the show into daily life with the demons. Also, really hoping they portray some cute moments with the angels as well! Having the brothers talk to MC through the screen might get a little weird, so if they could somehow rewrite the story to not include them that would be interesting. I'm sure they could explain the how human and demon collab program works in some other way. |

| I'm sooo hyped for this. I'm playing the game everyday since release. I just love the devs because they actually really care for the community, always giving us new stuff. So I'm pretty positive this is going to be good even though I'm also scared since every Otome Game adaptation failed so far. I hope they leave this as a pure Comedy, just watching the brother's everyday life and not trying to adapt the 'story'. Buuut I can't wait lol. |

Obey me was the first game to introduce me to the otome world So seeing my wish become true and it getting an anime just seriously seems surreal for me :") They fooled me so hard tho lol i was gonna cry because i thought this was just an april fools joke XD |

| i'm so happy i cant even put it into words ;_; the game has been one of my favorites for a very long time so i was dying when they brought up that april fools and then again when they actually confirmed it to be true.. (why do they have to play with my heart that much) i would be happy with anything they adapt tbh, i just want to see my dear demon bros animated more <33 |

| I've been playing this game since the release, and I'm ecstatic. I think for me since I'm so fond of it is that it is one of the only ones that didn't misgender me or make me feel excluded. I really hope they keep it cute, and just wholesome. Since the eps I believe are gonna be daily ones, I'm pretty happy. I don't think I'll be that picky with it to be honest, I'm really just happy for the VA's. |

| Another veteran here (since Dec 2019) and man, this feels sooooo surreal!! I was just watching a video on how little shoujo or female-targeted anime there was in the industry - not that I wasn't acutely aware of that before - and it got me feeling down in the dumps, then this! Now THIS is how you do a prank, haha. |
| I'm honestly so excited for this I have been wishing for an obey me anime ever since I started playing the game and now that it's finally here it feels a bit surreal haha. Also I really liked how the devs played it out with the whole april fools prank thing, we were all on edge for one whole day debating if it was a prank or not lol xD |
