Original Anime are the best!

This is a hidden gem for Winter 2019. Overall it's enjoyable and the ending was quite beautiful.
Would enjoyed another season of this Anime.

This show would have been much better if it was a movie or like those old school 6-8 episode long OVA series. There were way too many "filler-ish" episodes in between, with boring CGDCT shenanigans. Mao-chan sensei was the heart of this show and had the most meaningful arc, while the hero group felt like a bunch side characters with shallow, cliche personalities. Which is why most of the show until these last 2 episodes (especially that snowstorm episode) was pretty uninteresting.

Far too predictable. give it a 6 on the end. At least this was complete not a hundredth of a giant light novel of thousands of chapters.

Unexpected feels at the end... all Mao-chan wanted was not to be alone anymore!
I’m glad everyone got a happy ending

Really loved the character designs for this anime, and the plot got better as the episodes progressed...
Chibi chan MVP and Mao-chan favourite character!

At 1st I was really worried due to the score, however, I just love how Yusha looks, and I'm so happy I started watching. I loved this anime. Yes, the story is so so, but for me, it wasn't about the outcome but the adventure and their friendship, it was just fun to watch (for whoever didn't understand: take Disney stories, they were remade tons of times, we already know the story, yet depending on how they are done we love one or the other version. In my case, I just loved this, all over the top!)

I'm really sorry to see this sad general score. The anime made me and others so happy yet the one who made the anime will only see the mediocre score, really sad about it:(

This was very underrated and definitely deserves a much higher rating and popularity ranking. This conclusion was perfect and I really love how it wrapped up the story of mao chan and the main cast in a very satisfying and enjoyable way. 5/5 episode.

Solid ending. I'm actually amazed how much continuity was kept up with previous actions constantly being remembered.

A cute ending for a cute series.
I'm conflicted on how I'd rate this show in general. It delivered everything it meant to, and didn't really have any flaws. But it also didn't really try to do anything outstanding.

Criminally underated show (has an average score 6.9 for now).
It is your perfect moe fluff, with cute twists in the Yuusha vs Mao theme.
There are some nice character moments (no matter it being a gag or not) for each character, each character has some very memorable lines.
The downsides might be the occasional glitchy art, some of the boob jokes / fan services (the most dominant one might be Mae's skirts, although it was hot af). Also needed some time to get used to Rona's introduction.
This show will have quite a special place in my heart for sure. (10/10)
