| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Even in the leading trio's (Maeshima, Shinozaki and Sasugai) past, it only brings up painful memories. Since Kuonji's school is defeated, the popular idol falls back to commentary status. And therein, lies the finals selection for gruelling interview sessions. I'd thought the Ishikawa Brothers were gonna be mute the entire time, but with challenges issued out of heating embroilism, and nothing is more apparent than on Shinozaki's desire to win with actions rather than words. Kiriyama giving Maeshima some pep talk, but it ends up being the reverse instead to finish whatever business before the actual finals...mmkay. Same for everyone involved as well. The declaration of war between brothers Sasugai and Shinozaki, the final draw of the trio will be decided in the final 2 episodes. May the best team win. |

| Fun pre competition episode, everyone making their declarations of war, including the twins having their passionate outburst against Maeshima and Sasugai, and then Sasugai finally getting on the ice for once, sad that he really can't skate anymore. Also, have always been wanting to go back and see if he truly did give Maeshima his skates and that Maeshima is still skating with his skates...canon otp then. lol. |

| A built-up moments before entering the real final episode at the next one. 6 best teams finally met into one ballroom together to raffled a positions out for tomorrow skate-leading turn of order of each teams. Its sures had a lot of tension, a lot of taunting, and determination to took down the king of ice, Shinozaki, there. Many had their own motivation. The other had their own grudge to be the number one. Everyone shall be clash into one big moments called a Grand Prix Final to determined the positions as the top skate-leading team in japan. What a hype building before reaching the main dish, and its okay to take everything they've got completely like that. Because its just fine at its finest. |

| Kinda boring build-up episode if I'm honest. Aside from Sasugai, I don't really care about any of the other characters so of course, any level of excitement/anticipation is null to me. |
