The manga is still running and considering the huge amount of support the show has in Japan, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a Yuru Camp S3. In terms of when, probably looking at sometime late 2023 to early 2024 going by previous time tables.

It won't be for a while yet. Based on the OP, this season is set to adapt up to volume 9, with the ending point of that volume probably being an ideal point to end the cour on. And given that the series has only just released its 11th volume in Japan about a month ago, it'll still be a while before a season 3.

That being said, there is the movie that they announced back in 2018 and have been silent on ever since. Maybe that'll emerge from the woodwork at some point in the next year or two before we hopefully do have enough content for a third season.

One thing that will annoy me is that when the movie does come out i will have to watch it illegally it sucks that no US Licensor is interested in the series

Well, season 2 of the live-action begins in Spring, right after season 2 of the anime finishes. It's a pretty good live-action series, too.

Given that the amount of source material is limited, I'd rather like they use it to make a season 3 than a movie. From my experience, episodic manga/light novel translate much better to a series than a movie.

I wish they followed the manga story in a future season 3, and write an original story for the movie. That's too much dreaming, though...

I didn't like the live-action first season at all. They just cloned the anime without "translating" it to what's a live-action show. Animated and live-action are different languages, so you just can't copy-paste and tell the actors to do the same than the animated characters. It looked creepy.

Except they didn't do that and it came out great. Some people just like to watch things through a "I don't want to like live-action" lens just like some people like to watch things through a "I don't want to like CG" lens and such people endlessly complain about them even when they're good. *shrug* I'd rather just enjoy things that are good.

I really wanted to enjoy it but it was disappointing. A clear example is the haircut they gave to Chiaki, which works in anime but looks ridiculous if you just copy-paste to live-action. That type of thing was recurrent.

Rin character was actually quite OK, it's the character that works better in the live-action version, probably because it's the calmest character. The other ones looked like they were high the whole time.

I think this is how they should have done the series: keep the vibe but adapt it so it looks fine in live-action. Something similar happens with superhero movies, which look ridiculous is you dress them with the same plain bright colors they have in the comics.

They had a bear-bun prop, too. Perhaps this will be more to your liking:
