| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Funny tongue changing color, it was fun xD, Shindou is my favourite character so far, he's the true king here. The phone scene got me laughing out loud! What a sad backstory though, Shindou really helped him a lot. |
| Well, it's tough being that one guy that stands out in class. Otherwise, we got more background storytelling again and it was tough seeing how Miyamura was treated. We also got to see a lot more of Shindou this episode, one of the few people Miyamura can trust in this present timeline. I think it's kinda funny how carefree he is when around others. Poor Hori..catching a cold. At least she isn't alone and Miyamura decided to take care of her. |

| The confession finally happened even if Hori was lying in bed like that well hopefully she will be able to respond. The episode was funny as usual and it seems to me that there is a chance for another couple, or rather it looked like Sakura might have feelings for someone as well. Time will have to tell if it's true tho. |
| No matter who old you are, if you are sick, you really want someone you like stay by your side. Miyamura is a hero. He said it directly without thinking to much about what might happen if this and if that. There is clearly no doubt Hori feeling the same...I wonder in which way she will respond him...I bet next episode she will find a way telling her feeling. Sakura x Tooru? Looks like a fine couple for me as well. |

| Damn they’ve skipped a lot of chapters that I would’ve liked to have seen animated to flesh out Hori and Miyamura’s relationship as well as the side characters. The stew chapter was pretty funny and cute... I wasn’t expecting them to get to the confession in chapter this soon, but I’ll take it. Seems like they changed the confession from “I like you” to “I’m in love with you” similar to the hand holding scene last weekend. Still really good episode, loved the flashback sequences for Miyamura and Kyouko. |

| Shindou's such an amusing character and he's such a great guy to boot. I really like him. Finally the not so long awaited confession which happened lightning fast. Miyamura was like oh Hori san I love you and bye see ya later. Hori's reaction was lit af thou. |

| Great episode as always but they are skipping a lot of chapters aren't they? Well, they can always animate them later if they want too but I'm curious what their goal is. The pacing of the anime itself is pretty nice despite all the skipped chapters since they're all fluff and comedy but I still would've liked to see the skipped stuff. Loved Tohru's misunderstanding and Miyamura trying to assuage Hori getting angry about the fact that he doesn't get embarrassed, I'm pretty sure she'd have loved to get those pictures of middle school Miyamura. Miyamura showing up to take care of Hori was great and the confession scene was really well done. Props to OST as always. |

| The whole student council scene was pretty amusing. Ishikawa getting those weird ideas. Shindou is a great guy. Good thing he is a friend of Miyamura. Interesting way for Miyamura to confess to Hori. It came out of nowhere but it was done really well. |

All in all i really loved the episode, yes some bits felt rushed but as an manga reader , i cant say with an honest heart that the manga doesnt feel rushed at all , especially knowing, on the surface, about the webcomic Yeah, I am referring to most of the skipped comedy scenes, and not just from this episode but until now. I think the anime is great, I would've liked it even more if they had adapted everything. |

| Moments born on the friendship of Miyamura, Tooru, and Sengoku really gives off a nice feeling. Tooru, Yoshikawa, and Konou, these 3 first interaction finally got adapted. Shindou is a fun character, I hope we see him often in the future. Confession is finally there, on Miyamura's part. Guess who's body temperature just going off the roof and beyond just now XD  Hori will delay it but it's inevitable, till then we will just enjoy their usual bonding, which is keep getting better each episodes. P.s. They started to skip some scenes, which is kinda sad but I can take it, and considering they fit the episode perfectly for the pacing to compile the best moments. |

| Hmm certainly the work of the student council is something that gets too easily overlooked by their peers. Well considering the girl to boy ratio that kind of misunderstanding is kinda normal. Misunderstandings seems to be the theme for Toru this day. But wow Miyamura sure is defensive about his past. Still the insight into his past sure was interesting. Shindou was perhaps his only friend back then and served to make his life that much more fun. In a way Hori simply took up the same role that Shindou did in middle school and served to expand upon Miyamura's world once more. Tough as she is Hori isn't someone that can shoulder everything by herself especially when she's ill. Miyamura sure dropped a bombshell there though. Overall an excellent ep that served to both expand upon Miyamura and Hori's characters via the look into their past as well as in world building via the intro of new characters like Sakura. |

| I really liked this episode and there were some really funny parts especially with Toru. Glad we got to see even more of Miyamura's past. To me, I felt like the pacing was better this episode but I read that there were some chapters skipped, would've been nice to see them. Favorite part of this episode was the ending where Hori got sick. Ultimately a very enjoyable episode for me. |

| Pretty good episode but the pacing doesn't seem to be getting any better, sadly. To be honest, that final scene with the confession just felt too .. fast, really. Shindo's finally here, meanwhile. One of my favourite characters of the series so I'm very glad to see him but I certainly didn't expect to as soon as the 4th episode! Anyway, here's to hoping we get to see a lot more of him. Miyamura straight up slapping the lad was gold though. Ice cream & coloured tongues + Ishikawa's delusion in the student council room were segments I've been looking forward to and they were fantastic. Looks like someone's got a keen eye? |

| Ishikawa and Sakura's short moment, I could foresee them being together for the next ship. HAHA Sengoku's harem? Sure is a well-funded "business" of girls and air-conditioning. As usual, Remi likes to tease about Hori and Miyamura, and bringing the problem henceforth forward into the circle. Ishikawa got the shock of his life misinterpreting things from Miyamura, which makes his exaggeration all the more comical. Freaking out about undressing...turning into full-on embarassment for Hori and normalcy for Miyamura. The latter's friendship with another classmate (Shindo) from junior high days sure extends that embarassment. As if that's not enough, trying to hit on Hori unknowingly is bliss, and the backstory between the two, it's not just out of plain sympathy, but a complete overhaul of his existence during his junior high days. Hori, please rest when you're sick, but having to bear the parent figure with Souta, it's easy to see why she can at times be drowned with taking things personally without her parents around. But with Miyamura, the distance between the two closes a lot more as they learn more about each other and embracing their strengths and weaknesses. OH HO? Miyamura DEFINITELY confessed to Hori in the midst, but think of it as if it's so, a sacrifice of friendship into relationship (of which the two are TOTALLY different). Some thought process to think about this episode. |

It's not rushed how in earth could you think that the main character confessed in ep 4, apart from that random bullshit in ep 3 made me score it 6/10 instead of 7/10, i thought this will be good because i heard the manga was good but this just has shit pacing and some stuff just feel way too convenient |

| This is really bad for studying they are wandering around too much, Miyamura wearing piercings is very bad, he wont be able to get a suitable job like this. The confession scene felt weird, also pretty ashame that Hori doesnt try to study more while she's sick, work is more important than catching a cold. I had a fever too back in 2007 but it was because I fell sick out of fear after surviving an assassination attempt in an italian restaurant with my ex wife, I still managed to work at hospital. I dont appreciate how everyone is being lazy in this anime, very bad example. |

| I really like the moment at the beginning where everyone was chilling at the Student Council room, it was pretty amusing to see. But poor Tooru, not only that he didn't get any ice cream, but my guy also got a shaken soda can lol. He's been taking some Ls every episode lmao. It was nice to see that Shindou was there for Miyamura during middle school. Their interactions together were very amusing. Miyamura acting differently only to Shindou shows just how deep their friendship is. And man, that confession was hella smooth. I love how he just casually said it and then leaves lol. Btw, Sakura looks hella fine in the anime goddamn! |

That confession came out of nowhere, I wonder where things will go on from this episode 👀 I liked that Miyamura had a friend like that during middle school, However I wish we would've seen them have Food and what they talked about. Also the Scene where they're at hori's house and he gets that scene was very funny, and him with the opened shirt |

| Hori is a bit sick in the summer season. Sota thinks she will die which was funny to hear. Also, seeing Miyamura with Hori taking care of her was sweet and that confession was so sudden. LOL didn't expect that at all. |

| Fuck it, I ship Tooru and that green-haired glasses girl. They seem really nice together. Anyways, this was a good episode, even though that last part with the confession felt...underwhelmingly fast-paced. Hopefully, they slow down and expand a little more on the characters. |
