Alright so i've read 291 chapters of the webnovel and i think its fait to say... the quality went downhill at about chapter 180.. would be genuinely interested in discussing this.. do you share that opinion? Do you disagree? And if so i'd like to know why. ~Z |

I've seen up to 266 chapters and my take is that the peak of the series was the arc where there's the disturbance in the royal kingdom where the MC go solved it with the hero, wearing a mask. I can't exactly remember anymore which chapters were those but I'm sure that the same level of writing didn't live up to it anymore afterwards. While I don't really mind the SOL stuff since then and it ain't that bad honestly, but seeing the MC just going on completely selfishly making chaos and saving the world in his own way is much more interesting. |

I didnt mind the slice of live element either. It was quite refreshing and i think that was pre 180. Pretty sure it happened before all principles have been tossed away. That are was decent enough i agree. Im just really disappointed that the curve of how good it was dropped off really hard after they are back home with the hero in tow. Everything harem related in this novel is actually pretty garbage if you ask me |

It's been pretty consistent with the quality when it came to actual arcs, but yeah the saving the king arc is one of the most memorable ones. The harem isn't exactly the best thing about it, but the true garbage is when the chapters are focused on Illuna's pov |

shinystorm said: i can support that statement. i think most novels that do something like illuna in this one are not doing themselfs any favours. Like the "i killed slimes for 300 years and maxed out my level" has the same problem. characters dont act their age which imo is a huge flaw. The novel basicly pairing behaviour with appearance but excusing romance with age. its contradictionaryIt's been pretty consistent with the quality when it came to actual arcs, but yeah the saving the king arc is one of the most memorable ones. You're forgetting, taking Leficios as an example, the dragon wife of the MC, she does act more childish, but she is also mature when she needs to. You're forgetting that she, despite being 1000 years old, practically never had a relationship with anyone. I disagree with her opinion, I think that mainly the MC, Leficios, and Nell, had a great development. Well, I don't want to argue about it, everyone has their opinion. I read 370 chapters and really liked what I saw. |

Never having a relationship in 1000 years doesnt validate this because surely she saw others having a relationship or having at least heared about it. im not forgetting anything here due she also takes weird decisions such as "oh just go harem why not?" she is barely seen in the chapters and when shes either beeing a clus or just having one supportive moment with our protag. i think youre underestimating what experience does with someone. |

She couldn't have seen or heard about relationships. She left her village pretty early in her life and since that point on her only interactions have been fights with people who try to challenge her and giving orders to other rogue dragons, who are so scared of her that they avoid her as much as possible |

I was expecting the dungeon to be actually important in any way, I thought the story was gonna focus on him making his dungeon impenetrable to outside threats. But instead his dungeon is just harem storage area while he goes out to do average overpowered isekai MC stuff elsewhere. It's the average isekai with an ever-growing harem and an MC that can't ever be defeated, but with a fancy house for his girls. |

It has it's charm, but I can't stand the translation. I am not convinced that author in source material used so much net speak and zoomer phrases. Some of the stuff in translation was what you'd hear in US, but nowhere else in the world. Also characters are rather bleak and uninteresting, while the dungeon part of the plot is just dead at this point. |
