| Hell of an episode this week. We got the captains in action and I can't help but laugh a little at Asta drooling at what he's seeing. Yami vs Dorothy also turned out to be rather amusing. Quite a diverse range of abilities shown from the battles but that's what you should expect from captain level characters. |

Pierrot, especially with the long-running series', reminds me of these Ojii-san characters. Appearing frail a lot of the times but once they unleash it out, you've got yourself in deep trouble. Conversely, poor animation week in and week out but once they bring their A-game into it, god do they surpass limits again and again! Yami totally killed it in the end there! Except, he killed it a little too much xD. Sakuga was out of this world really. Captain Jack's moment was pretty darn cool too, I must say. And Nozel is a lot more versatile than I imagined he'd be. Meanwhile, a reminiscence of Kurama v Susanoo from Naruto Shippudden. God, I loved that! I can't wait for the climax of the next arc now! Surely, Pierrot is going to bamboozle us again. Petit Clover was pretty hilarious too, by the way. |

| HELL YEAH! The battle between the 8 Magic Knight Captains (minus Aqua Deer Captain Rill), the filler we didn't need but also didn't deserve, but here we are. @_MushiRock11_ did Studio Clown borrow the SAKUGA animation from Akudama Drive this episode? Because it seems as so! The once-in-a-blue-moon FIRE episode that replicates how Asta, Yuno and the other chosen Magic Knights were like in the Royal Knights Selection Test arc way back in Episode 73-84: same circumstances, totally different power strengths. Meanwhile, a reminiscence of Kurama v Susanoo from Naruto Shippudden. God, I loved that! Definitely not just a passing resemblance!Yami's signature limit-surpassing Dimension Slash, Mana Zone: Equinox, what a call to slash both the dream and real worlds. WAY COOL! 2 more fillers to go before Season 4 of Black Clover's continuation starts! |

| Wow, they sure did justice to the episode. Lots os sakuga and amazing battles that truly showed the might of the captains. Yami's final attack took the cake, as expected. Only way the episode could have been better would be if Sekke would have been allowed to participate, but that would have been unfair for the captains. Funny how some of the cheer squad of the other order got lines, yet Asta didn't lol. |

| This was one of the Best Episode of Black Clover so far. So Much Action + OPness of all the Captains. Asta didn't even get to say a word. |

| I'm not even going to bother bigggng it up, all Black Clover episodes are awesome, just some more than others. The true genius is in the story and the characters and the journey into the future which we travel with them all! |

| Best episode since the battle against the Devil! Black Clover can be so amazing when the animation is good and the animation was sick in this episode! I've been dying to see the captains go head to head for ages and this battle didn't disappoint! I really wish Rill could've been part of the battle though... but then I guess one team would have an advantage in their numbers haha |

| This episode had some of the best animated sequences in quite a while. It was still wildly inconsistent which led to some pretty funny contrasts (like the initial brawl followed by the bad animation of Yami and Jack going into the forest). But anyway they really went balls to the wall with these ep and it worked pretty well. |

| Easily the best black clover ep we’ve had in half a year. To say this episode was insane would be a fucking understatement. I wish the execs gave their staff enough time so we could get this more consistently. Story is goated, BC just needs that consistent quality. |

| Oh GOD! surprising immersive ultrawesome episode! captain levels fights are sure one of the events that would rarely even happen! But still Yami's Equinox is the show stopper that ended the spectacle! Truly a masterpiece of match-up of a fantastic showcase of top tier magic and spells! 5/5! thanks so much in witnessing this very rare clashes! i wonder why Rill is not included? maybe because if Rill is included it would be 5 vs 4 which is unfair... |

| We got the flashy animation, but still it lacked excitement. Now that's how you know it's a filler fight. The fight just sort of started, without any real build up, and that lack of direction really stuck to it throughout. |

Even though it ended up in a draw. Fuegoleon, Charlotte, Dorothy, and William in the same team versus Nozel and a bunch of captains that fight close range fights (like the Green Mantis, and Black Bulls captains). A mix of both long range and short range combat captains per team might of made it more fair. Yami's team was losing at first because their captains specialize in more close range battles. I agree, the teams weren't divided very well but the fact that it ended in a draw even with that unbalanced team match up would probably bolster the public more |
