Do you know who Nisio is though? I should expect a lot of this series by default just because of his works such as Zaregoto, Katanagatari, and Monogatari.

I wonder would reverse harem anime still works in these day lol
And this is like ouran which highly involved the main female heroine in the story and unlike those from games

I would lower the expectations. This is a fun series, and the first volume was enjoyable to read but don't expect anything like those works you've mentioned

It isnt? I read the manga and thought it really look like ouran tho? The heroine gender bending, only female in the group etc
It kind of click bait when they don't put the heroin on the cover lol

It isn't always a reverse harem if there's one girl protagonist with a few boys.
And it's Nishio Isin. You can't expect anything like ouran from him.
