| Like we all agree that both Ishka and Alice are meant for each other. This episode shows that they both have a similar taste and Alice even team up with Ishka when her maid disagrees with her opinion about pasta. I get the feeling that the pink-haired girl that Ishka saved earlier in episode one is actual Alice's little sister because, at op scene, we can see that that girl is sitting on a bed similar to Alice's. Alice also paused awhile when she saw two sisters played ball together. |
| I was smiling all throughout the episode, that was sweet. Really good episode, silver link has really killed it this year I really like all the shows they made this year except Bofuri since I haven't watched it yet but, I'm sure it's great too. Sure the stories aren't unique or special but, their execution are all great. I wouldn't mind seeing a whole season of Iska and Alice just randomly bumping into each other lmao. Overall I am really liking it so far, like Misfit of Demon King Academy. |

| Somewhere along the lines, I think I'm finding this show to be bittersweet. This episode, we got some Iska x Alice moments, also explaining how they coincidentally met in the opera last episode. Their taste on food and view in life are really similar, no wonder how they pulled off a synchronous order to the waitress. Rin also interrupted them either because a. they are enemies or b. she just can't handle being a third-wheel to both Alice and Iska (HA) . Either way, I'm loving her character as well. And yes it's confirmed, Rin is Ai Hayasaka in this universe (also maybe Kaguya=Alice who knows?). Anyways I loved that scene at the end where they sit in a bench with a tired insomniac Iska lying on a flustered Alice. She could have killed him right there, but that ain't going to happen in a no man's land which is blooming love. Like R&J, it's going to be a bittersweet road on where their relationship will go due to the circumstances of their worlds. I'm still worried that this might sink, but right now it looks like it's going to rise as a new hit romance anime. |

| I guess this episode is representative of my great fear of funimations attempted take over of eastern anime. Something so simple as the concept 'Art has no borders.' which I think we can all agree on, will very quickly be destroyed by the funi gatekeepers which want to rewrite the narrative and translations to suit there political agenda. There types are already going wild about the medusa statue which got put up in New York because it was made by a man. To be honest I think its an affront to society as well. Its ugly and serves no purpose in a modern secular society. But I have no input into the creative process or decision making behind it. As always, my thoughts are just chaff to the wind. | The OP visuals pretty much made me drop any expectations I had of this show. The events seem very generic, one cliche after another, the author forgetting what was done in episode 1. Wasn't Iska supposed to pick his own team to support him? How come he's joined a team instead and is going on seemingly normal missions? |
| bruh, 2nd episode sucks so much. I thought I was gonna enjoy this garbage, but I was wrong. Everything was so expectable, so easy to predict the outcome and I've already seen such scenes so fucking many times on other anime. bet the anime's gonna go down to 6.6 or lower. |

| This episode was the epitome of clichéd. I don't think I've seen so many convenient ways to set a "fateful" encounter in anime before I saw this episode. Not really complaining though, the show is decent. I like the setting, it feels post-apocalyptish. |

| This is pretty silly — I got that much from the end of episode 1, but everything here just confirmed that. I have to say, they aren’t really convincing me on how pressing or serious this war is. I’m at least pretty charmed by the show so far. I will say Silver Link convinced me to give this a shot despite the generic premise, and once again I’m surprised how much mileage they’re able to get out of such a premise (so far anyways). I am a fan of their production quality once again. |

| I forgot to mention that I like the joke about Iska having psychological trauma. You know, the alleged reason why he can't sleep? Yes, clearly the reason is that Alice is too scary for him. |

| ALRIGHT, this episode is more like it! Putting my worries of sadness and jadedness, and changing it into likeness, albeit slowly and taking in pills at a time. It isn't so much coincidences for Iska and Aliceliese anymore, but more like the Romeo X Juliet red thread of fate binding them together, so much so that's its funny, no matter the location, personal preferences and such. So young but Iska just won the boob (lap) rest LOLs. "Why are you here (again)?" Is this becoming more like a rom-com??? At least Iska and Alice's chemistry is growing and shaping to be the fated couple to end the war (by the end). Sweet? Yes. Serious? I'm not so sure about that... |

| Great episode, seems like the director is better at doing this kind of pacing than the fight ones. They even added a bonus scene that I don't recall from the novel, pretty happy with where we are going now, the first episode was pretty meh. |
 In most cases, the MAL Average Scores don't mean anything, here is a question: were the works made before 2000 all shit? Why are they so damn scarce in the Top 50? Think about how MAL is quite literally a filtered amount of the Anime fanbase. Here's a timeline of the Top 15 in which you can check that, almost always, the scores are affected by the freshness, popularity and other factors that have nothing to do with quality. |
| My head hurt trying to understand the Queen was trying to say about Iska's sword/skills triggering the "Founder" into having some sort of reaction? idk.....in the end I just figured it was a useless fact for now and gave up trying to understand that bit... Enjoyed the rest of the episode though. All those coincidences, dang. |

| The amount of coincidences is OFF the charts! It's ridiculous how these two meet by accident over and over again. At this point, I'm hoping that there's some 3rd power who manipulates these two (behind the scenes) to meet, fall in love, and end the war as a result. Otherwise, the plot built on shameless coincidences is lazy as F writing! -_- How come every girl has huge boobs in this show. As if coincidence overload wasn't enough, they add shitty fanservice to make this show even more average... P.S Are they really at WAR? Everything seems too chill! Where's violence, desperation, hatred? When will the two finally start discussing "so you wish for peace and also want to end the war?" Hopefully not on ep 10+ |
| Didn't get to this series til today... And... did I miss an interesting series to watch. LOL, as mentioned by other, they're literally made for each other, aka "Soulmates" where everything they do is all inline with each other, same ideology, likes, dislikes and are both innocent in a way yet still in control of what they want to do. Also, the way everything looks, the Empire is pretty much the "bad guys" that started the whole discrimination in the first place. So I am pretty much rooting for the Astral Mages. And the Empire is plotting evil things while the Astrals is simply focusing on defending and getting their territories back. |

| Absolutely astounding episode, it felt like i was in a very deep, very pleasant trance and then a moment later it's over. Masterfully executed romance, that's just how it should be! I like how Alice got into a war pose when she saw him in the theater. "Let's end this" and Rin being her conscious voice, telling her that using violence in a neutral world is not allowed. I liked how they magically got into the same restaurant by a string of fate and then ordered pasta and talked about it in sync, and then formed a quick alliance against Al dente Rin! I liked how Alice was ordered to take it easy from battles so she decided to look at some art, thinking that no way she'll meet him again, it was just a coincidence the first time... only to meet him again lol. I liked how Iska told her that even though they are enemies, the art is art. And then he fell asleep on her breasts, and she just murmured: "mouu, we are suppose to be enemies, cmon" Ahh, this episode is just way too sweet, they are made for each other and Rin makes up for a really great Alice's follower, she just fits too well. Also can we talk about Iska's captain underwear display? haha |

| So they both have met each other when they were young!!!! Also, they choose the same place to visit....at the same time... that's really stretching it far now XD!! Anyways, kinda boring but still a good plot. |

| My awaited moments of IskaAlice yeaay.., few backstories and intros of Nebulis itself, and Alice's mom appearance. IskaAlice moments in neutral city tho haha... right after coincidentally watching together in the same act in the same Opera, they met again in the same restaurant and eat together in the same table XD. They even had same favorite menus, and really sync in each other.. hhaha love them.. Another coincident happen once again in the Neutral city next day when Risya gave Iska an art exihibition ticket. Somehow Alice also going into same exhibition, Alice somehow lost in the city and Iska found her and decided to accompany her to the exhibition. Haha her tsundereish and his straightforwardness were hilarious in this. in the end they enjoyed the piece of art together. Somehow after finishing enjoying the exhibition, Alice buying a drink as a thanks for accompanyiing her before....and.. few moments later Iska getting sleepy and fell asleep in aherm... her chest haha... she blushing so bad... Great ED from the Alice a.k.a Sora Amamiya herself XD, beautiful song really fitted her character. |

| Lovely romance they got going there, too many coincidences sheesh they should get married already. So far it really seems like a Romeo and Juliet type of story with even a neutral city where they can meet...hopefully not a tragic end.. |

| There’s that ED, man it is so good, enhanced by nostalgia it’s even better, takes me right back to nights during Fall 2020. And this was more of a chill episode, pretty much no action besides that flashback, and I’m not against that because I like seeing things develop between Alice and Iska, they’re really made for each other down to their tastes, man even dove into the booba in his sleep lol. And I’m ngl the ways they met each other were a bit hard to believe, okay the first time fine, but two times in a row is the stars aligning lol, but I get it, they need to meet more to give us a reason to care about their relationship. |
