Why is this rated Mature 18+?

Really like the art style and animation from the clips I saw from the show. But not a big fan of mature content (Aka: Gore, nudity, etc) on my media.
Can anyone enlighten me on why it's rated that way?

It's just about killing and some bloody-fights (but not the worst) also this anime is not gore at all nor even in nudity level

Its because you see the blood when somebody dies, but their arent any ecci or sex scenes ^^
