I really loved the first half's first-person perspective. Almost made me want to watch One Room, even though I know it'll be nowhere near as good.

"No, son, you may not have your body pillow at the dinner table!"

We finally know how she got the second apartment. Yet I still have questions. I love how the whole first half was directed, ominous yet kept you on edge. I thought the slow pace would kill me again but it worked here, no time is really wasted.

Taiyo bout to be useful. Thank lord. Getting kinda sick of his sycophantic issues.

Satou overall is proving to be so much more cunning and manipulative then I'd have ever have thought.

Anything for a little sock. Imagine if Satou had given him a shirt.

I liked the first half with the painter's voice effect. I've watched a bunch of anime from the Dementia genre, and it gave off that feeling.

ADDITION: I'm actually enjoying this series in a B-movie way. Like, I don't watch a movie like that for a realistic portrayal of mental illness, I watch it for unintentional humor and ridiculous shock scenes. There's no one I'm rooting for. I keep forgetting the little girl exists. It's been a constant parade of sickos and I can't look away.

Watching the aunt molest the cop for several minutes while everyone just stares and no one does anything about it? It's funny in an absurd way. Watching Mitsuboshi swear off his pedo ways to immediately freak out over a sock? I mean the actual subjects aren't funny, but what's so different than laughing at over-the-top deaths in a splatter film? A guy fantasizes about a schoolgirl stepping on him and starts licking his computer screen. You know, like an actual human would do. It's unrealistic.

Someone mentioned it about the intro in episode 7, but the entire first half of this episode gave me MASSIVE Utena flashbacks. The presentation, discussion of love, and the pink hair, combined with "silent" perspective from the other person was riveting.

Beginning to think these callbacks are getting pretty deliberate.

I thought that the first half of this episode was very clever. Refusing to show the face of the painter demonstrated that Satou never really saw him as a human being. I was also surprised that Satou's killing of the painter was completely justified. I'm not going to argue that Satou isn't a few dozen marbles shy of a full rocker, but at least when she kills people it's in defense of other people...so far.

Poor Taiyo. Trying to give up addictive tendencies is hard at any time, but especially when they are fueled by trauma AND complicated by others who don't want you to give them up.
Every day you can read a book or watch some anime is a good day!

I'm sorry but I don't like how she's using Taiyo. He legit wanted to be normal again and was willing to try! I feel like when he does everything bad she still won't let him see Shio! I really hope she gets what she deserves in the end.... A HORRIBLE DEATH!

Great episode! Aside from the nerve racking first half, I didn't expect to laugh that much in this episode. Poor Taiyou, his addiction to Shio is ruining his life, but I can't help but laugh when he got to sniff her sock XD.

A little bit into detail on the first half of the episode the way how they portrait the mysterious character feels uneasy

Taiyou and Satou really needs therapy considering their problems that they're facing and I don't like the sound of what Satou is planning

Asahi should be careful now if Satou will be planning on "getting rid of her" and Shouko should be alerted as well considering she might be helping Asahi or rather acquainted.

So now we know who's body that was. Also that had me thinking, why doesn't she just paint over the blood on the wall if she can't clean it off? I still find it stupid that she hasn't gotten rid of it.

Also, I really wanted to see Taiyou get better but it seems after that conversation with Satou he's too far gone

Honestly, I don't know if Satou's plans are totally impressive or totally sick, maybe both. Amazing how she plays exactly how she needs to to achieve stuff

I hate that "mute first person" style of the first part. Usually only see this in the cheapest of hentai. Obnoxious.
