Art in the manga is better though, if they just follow the art in the manga this anime will sure looks better.

But you know you cant avoid budget problem and stuff.

Since i don't read the manga, i don't know what it looks like. I personally don't find the anime's art style that bad. It looks good enough for me. I might be a simple guy, but whatever.

Yes. The manga art is better, but anime art isn't bad at all. The only problem is the quality.

The Animation and SFX are not great, this makes me upset, the characters seem cute, I feel bad, I feel like it deserved better. Sadly not every anime has a high budget/quality animators/good directors

Yeah not to mention the director was also the one who direct Major anime, it's very clear even from the promotional video that this anime lack on budget so much..
Even from the seiyuu line-up, only Tomita Miyu is the well-known actress, the rest are new comers or rather straight unknown..

Anime art with low budget will always have worse art. They didn't use a slightly different art style just to piss you off.
