My Interpretation of the ending

My ending theory:

In the real world, Naomi was the one that was struck by lightning so Ruri went back into the simulation(10 yrs to the past) to save him. However, Ruri got struck by lightning instead (in the 1st simulation) and so Naomi tried to bring her back by going to the 2nd simulation trying to save her. The crow was actually the real world ruri.

Except the homeostatic system would try to correct the world where Naomi wasn't struck by lightning, since that world too was a record.
So either:
A) the homeostatic system did exist but Ruri who was open about her intention to use ALLTALE for Naomi's sake (other people were there when Naomi woke up), had it be in some passive mode, allowing the world where Naomi wasn't struck by lightning to continue.
B) the homeostatic system only came into existence in a world where Ruri got struck, but also had the ability to affect said world.
C) ALLTALE is a quantum storage, so maybe the writers also incorporated the Holographic principle where the events of the plot all happened simultaneously at once rather than in a linear fashion.
D) stop thinking about it cause it's only going to hurt your head. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Nahh I made my own conclusion about this. But in the end Ruri from the future come to the 1st time to find Naomi. Naomi's coma because he still wanna to saved Ruri who got lightning struck. When he got deleted, he automatically back to the future. Untill Ruri (a crow) and Naomi (old) going to the past to saved her life. Plot twist and don't think too much, we had our opinion. Let's wait what creator said about this. At last it was a happy ending.
