DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- 100 years ago, Ochiai did something stupid and threw the Kabizashis into the space, two gaunas entered into the ship and killed 99% of the population. Saitou Hiroki (Tanikaze Nagate's grandpa), using the Tsugumori (the guardian Tanikaze is using in the present) destroyed both gaunas and saved around 400 humans. Ochiai had erased more than half of Sidonia's librar and transferred them into his brain, in order to retrieve the data, they need to transplant Ochiai's brain into a clone (who we met in chapter 1) Shinatose Yure (probably an ancestor of Shinatose Izana) made a plan to increase Sidonia's population by 500.000 in 100 years, to achieve that she created those new humans that use the photosynthesis. This is probably why there's a lot of people that look the same, the genetic pool wasn't big enough, only 400 people. Yure became a member of the Inmortal Ship Committee. Saitou is now an old man, he stopped drinking the aging suppressants since that incident happened, he's now in the verge of death. He doesn't have a clon left, so they started making a new one, this clone is inmortal from birth. When the clone had 5kg of weight, Saitou entered in the chamber and took the clone with him, fighting some guards and running into the converter reactor pipe, with Lala's help. The Kunato family has been guarding Ochiai's auxiliary brain, that's no good |
