| Wow this episode was fantastic. I was bothered a bit about the inconsistencies though. For example, we see in the first episode that she can interact with stuff and it makes it seem like the items are floating by themselves. Yet in this episode she's eating all kinds of fair food and no one seems to notice anything floating around. Then you have the part where she's busting windows with a bat but when we see it, it just looks like the windows are breaking by themselves, so why is the bat invisible? |

| Definitely the weakest episode yet. Many have pointed out the absurdities that are prevalent in the episode, not the least of which is why there are no teachers or sane people anywhere in sight. This tried to channel a bit of Another final arc, but fell woefully shy.. It doesn't help that I had just seen Another which was so clearly superior in the mass pandemonium aspect. Not only that but the solution of trying to sacrifice a student (and the main rumor monger in the first place to grant the fools superstition any smidgen of merit..) is incredibly forced and random here. Atleast in Another it makes sense and there is deep suspicion and blame cast on the unpopular sacrificial victim, not to mention some proof to support the lynching... The show crushes Another in romance, comedy, and it's lulling peaceful atmosphere. However this episode was a weak 2/5 and likely will affect my total score (10>9 or 9>8) |
| That episode was dank as shit! Loved the dark atmosphere. Wish this anime had more of this. New girl Kirishima sure had some nice titties... Great episode. 8/10 People complain that this anime doesn't take itself seriously Now people complain that this episode took itself too seriously sigh... EDIT: I see a lot of people comparing this episode to episode 11 of Another and I will admit that this episode had a lot of similarities and it most certainly wasn't as good but I thought the dark atmosphere was quite a treat since the moe and comedy has gotten stale. |

| On one hand I'm totally convinced that mass hysteria and crowd mentality can, and do, cause tragedies. On the other hand, this episode didn't do a good job of fleshing out that creeping paranoia within the student body - for me this storyline needed at least another episode to show that these kids have started a snowball effect of fear, and not just went and believed the first thing someone told them and were willing to hurt somebody because of it. Anime still not as good as I'd thought. |

| There was only one scene where boobies were flashed partly as fanservice but the dark aspect of it balanced it out immediately. This is why I hate rumors. It spreads like wildfire and people take it too seriously. Those students being so paranoid to the point of willing to sacrifice someone they bullied just because of her name was pretty messed up. Kirishima might've attempted to sabotage the club but the royal backfire she received is pretty much a lesson learned for everyone. Kirie spotted Dark Not-Yuuko again. |

| Finally a mystery/horror episode. Tone-wise it was really good. Art-wise it was splendid. But the story was really forced and exaggerated. The mass crowd hysteria was overdrawn. Nontheless since this is a horror episode I was not annoyed by it. The golden rule of horror is that everybody is stupid and no one is sane. Let it be so. I kind of liked the fact that Yuuko is not going to be a part of the harem. Enough with this bullshit! |

| Also I feel that many times anime tries to make references to real life.. Like all people getting easily influenced by blonde Yuuko and acting very violent.. Well, like reference to how in real life people can be influenced to violence as well.. But I don't really see anime going with these references somewhere.. Maybe it's just a coincidence.. Or I don't understand hints too well.. Blonde Yuuko feels like self insert of the artist or something, lol.. It would actually make sense, why he'd make a work dedicated to making scary children stories look absurd, if he/she actually got bullied in the school with them, due to name similarities or something.. But well, too farfetched and not really theory to check really, of course.. ;p Episode is confusing.. I'm not sure, what we should really watch it for.. Something about bullies, satisfaction from them getting scared in the end, or something?.. Seems like anime series is overall dedicated to playing around horror and mystery topics, and just expressing opinions and creating feelings to all kinds of things.. Something like that?.. I still not sure, how I feel about this anime, and what I understand about it as well, lol.. ;p |

| This is some hilariously garbage, inconsistent writing. Even ignoring the fact that teachers apparently just don't exist (cos we can't have a plot with authority figures present, after all), none of this situation makes a modicum of sense. It's been firmly established that ghost Yuuko can interact with the real world, but the objects she uses to do so are still visible even if she herself is not. In other words, they would have seen the bat breaking the windows rather than the windows breaking by themselves as the show presented (still pretty spooky, of course, but at least consistent with the show's own logic). On top of that, her eating food at the festival should have been visible to everyone. Oh, and of course we have to have alive Yuuko's tits revealed during that tense "sacrifice" scene in the classroom. What an incredibly childish way to break the mood, and what a perfect encapsulation of this show's biggest problem: trying to be a suspenseful horror/mystery series, but constantly undercutting itself with out-of-place fanservice and bad comedy. Beyond that, I can't say I felt sorry for her in that situation, as it was very much a case where she was hoisted by her own petard given that she started the Red Woman rumours in the first place. |

| It was a bit strange to see Yuuko and Teiichi running around in the school hallways while chatting... I mean, Yuuko is a ghost, so she's invisible right? It means that the people around who saw that only saw Teiichi running while talking to himself... right? But none of them thought it was strange, even though the rumors of ghosts (Red Woman) were the hottest topic at that time. But I really liked this episode. Reminds me that sometimes school ghost stories were really silly.. we were consumed by rumors and obscure beliefs lol. |

| The school is full of psychotic students trying to sacrifice people. Reminds me of Another. But once again, the herd mentality exists in reality too. Mobs can materialise from seemingly nothing with a bit of luck. |

| Finally made it to the half way point, I never intended to take this long but it happens lol, and this episode had a very interesting plot with another girl named Yuuko trying to destroy the Yuuko ghost story, cool stuff but it all ended up blowing up in her face as her own believers used her as a sacrifice instead lol. I think those scenes would have had more impact if the students weren’t silhouettes but it was still pretty freaky how the mob wouldn’t listen at all, of course they had to rip her shirt open to make it kinda hot but still lol. All of this was reminiscent of the anime called “Another” as well, which was the show I watched during last year’s spooky month, really liked that one too. And in the end it was the ghost Yuuko who saved her, the ghost of the ghost story she was trying to get rid of, it seemed like she could see her too which was interesting. And I also really liked the scene of the girls running and begging for their lives, only to walk outside and see the world is as it always has been, something kinda beautiful about that lol. |
