Looks like our protagonist is stuck in an illusion. Most likely he was put in the illusion after he was stabbed in the back at the end of chapter 28. Can't wait to see how Dran and this woman are connected.

First time i read a manga where the heroine isn't an elf slave, human childhood friend, or animal girl slave or maid. She's a Lamia. Selia doesn't have to look far for a husband. She's slowly starting to realize her feelings for Dran and wants to get stronger so she can stand by his side.
