| the dub is pretty awful tbh not the main cast. they are totally fine. just more of the same solid stuff but a lot of the new characters just sound bored and artificial dude finds out that the people he is fighting against know about geass and his reaction sounds like he is falling asleep while reading the script for the first time |
| I do think the new voice actors weren't all that great in the English version, especially compared to the Japanese alternatives. Still, I enjoyed hearing the old cast again and, while some lines came across as weird (perhaps needing better direction or additional takes), the English dub is watchable enough. I'll still pick the Japanese track most of the time, mind you. |
