Although they've figured out their relationship (Yuuki and the twins), they may come across another bump in the road later on: marriage (and polygamy isn't legal in Japan). But that's assuming their relationship even lasts long enough to get to that point.

While I'm indifferent towards this story, I think it's closer to being a love story than the prequel. I also think it's kind of cute that Yuuki ends up with the two girls that used to bully him. My favorite example of such a scenario occurs outside of pornography though: GTO.

Lastly, I'm not even sure if it makes sense to call this manga a sequel. While the 2 main characters from the previous manga return, they're reduced to supporting characters that I believe only appear in chapters 1 and 7. And instead the story focuses on 3 new characters. But I'm not sure if it would make sense to call this volume a spin-off either.
