Wow.... somehow I made it. I had this put away on standby and went trough a few pages every then and now but could never read a big chunk of it, but finally!

There's a lot of stuff that I think used more pages that it needed, could've skipped a lot of descriptions and still get all the important and good stuff, but it was still a nice read.

Tears down for that last goodbye, we saw a lot of stuff solved and problems were dealt with, there wasn't a teaser for the next volume's theme, it might be a short stories one or will start picking up on the few loose stuff from the girl's plot.

Forthorthe's arc is cleared now and Vandarion's case is finally over!! Though I didn't expected his last resistance to be that hard.....

More importantly, seeing Koutaro confessed with all his heart is much appreciated. And why does Alaia's scene always brings tear to eye, It's vividly sad.

It's sad that alaya is gone but haruami still alaya's reincarnation.Well u can't bind a dead forever. But it would had been great if alaya could find happiness.I still didn't read volume 7.5 and 8.5 even though i had read series 5-6 time . Because alaya's parting scene was painful for me.

The main story has finally ended it seems. It's been a ride. This was a weaker volume and I agree with kamijoan regarding the fight being longer than necessary. I guess it was a special for a conclusion fight. It seems like the author made it clear that there won't be any cannon ending, which is a bit sad. But let's see what is in store.

I finished the book today and Alaias' departure left me in tears. This is the 1st time in the series I cried.
