| That was great. I liked how Ibukimaru stayed with Rei to train him. I also love how Kitaro started to accept Mana even more. Can't wait to see what the next big arc will be. |
| All's well that ends well I suppose, and We could see Agnes and Adele in this Episode. The fight against Tamamo no Mae seems a bit less exciting than expected compared to the fight against Ibukimaru, but at least the Ending is good enough for me. I have a feeling Isurugi and Ibukimaru will shows up again in the future episodes helping Kitaro, but who knows? |

| Rei was a character who I honestly couldn’t tolerate during his stay (assuming he doesn’t come back). I honestly couldnt stand his obsession with vengeance, he might as well have been more corrupt than any of the actual bad yokai themselves, with the way he was conducting himself up until imouto snapped him out of it. Ibukimaru guy returning was nice to see, though. Perfect guy to talk some sense into him. Another arc incoming, I assume? |

| This was so, so good. I mean, it was sad to see Rei and Kitarou fighting each other, thanks to Rei's stubbornness, when they had a common enemy to defeat, but Kitarou managed to open his eyes. It's not like he immediately found an "answer" or something, but he will struggle to find it as he told Ibukimaru he would. It was so cool to have him back too, lending his powers to Rei, and all. Neko-Musume, and Mana were really cool too, taking matters into their own hands, and asking Agnes and Adele for help. They totally helped Kitarou, who was pretty cool fighting as one with the souls of his friends, and Rei to defeat Tamamo-no-Mae. She was one fearsome foe, but she was alone, and so she lost. And I detest Nezumi-Otoko, but I give credit where it's due, and I appreciate his efforts to delay the order that would start a war. And so the Four Treasonous Generals Arc is over, it all ended well. It was really exciting, and kind of moving. I'm also glad Rei could move on, and that he won't be alone since he will have Ibukimaru to train him. And it seems that the next arc is already starting next week, and that it's going to be the last of this adaptation. I'm not ready to say goodbye yet. |

| Any episode with Agnes is a good episode for me, we got the gang forming a stronger bond learning to rely on each other and Rei got a great master to train him both mentally and physically so I do hope we get to see him being more of a hero and less of a powerful jerk. I was hoping full power Tamamo no Mae would look more like Hakumen no Mono and not just a palette swap. All the world leaders got lucky this time, they better than Kitarou. |
| Nezumi fuckin' Otoko thinking he can stop World War III?! Hah!! Pretty satisfying end to this two-parter. Liked it a lot. It really feels like there's not very much room left for non-episodic stuff, so hopefully the last two cours of this anime are episodic perfection. |

| This is the problem with this show. It builds up villains for episodes, and defeats them in a single episode. The kitsune defeated bloody Great King Enma. At least make the battle more than one episode. That was one scene. Now, what are we going to do for 20 episodes? Can we get Kitarou's backstory? |
